Mastercard Recognition the Latest in a Growing List of Security Certifications for Semafone
Boston, MA and Guildford, UK – September 23, 2020 – Semafone®, the leading provider of data security and multi-channel compliance solutions for call and contact centers, today announced its inclusion onto the list of Mastercard Site Data Protection (SDP) Compliant Registered Service Providers, furthering its commitment to data security. To become a recognized service provider, vendors must fulfill a rigorous set of criteria, including demonstrating PCI DSS compliance by working with Qualified Security Assessors (QSAs) to pass the PCI DSS Report on Compliance assessment and submitting a signed Attestation of Compliance (AOC).
Semafone’s addition to Mastercard’s list of SDP Compliant Registered Service Providers comes on the heels of renewing its PCI DSS Level 1 Service Provider status for the seventh year in a row. Additionally, Semafone continues to certify to ISO27001 the International standard for Information Security, and the company’s Cardprotect Voice+™ secure payment solution is PA-DSS certified. Semafone is also a member of the Visa Global Registry of Service Providers and is certified for the UK Government’s Cyber Essentials scheme.
