Application Integration

The level of integration is entirely up to you.

If you want to install the system as quickly as possible with a minimum of integration, we can do this easily and rapidly.  However this approach will leave more of your infrastructure in contact with card data and therefore subject to all the controls required for PCI compliance.  At the other end of the scale is complete integration.

This requires more sophisticated implementation, but results in a seamless system which is easier to use and which can bring huge savings in PCI compliance costs.  The chart below demonstrates how higher levels of integration bring corresponding increases in the number of areas of the contact centre which are out of PCI scope.
