Avaya DevConnect

Semafone is s a Technology Partner in the Avaya DevConnect program—an initiative to develop, market and sell innovative third-party products that interoperate with Avaya technology.

Semafone is proud to partner with Avaya to offer our signature Cardprotect Voice+ solution for securing telephone payments on the DevConnect Marketplace. Our solution helps organisations around the world achieve PCI DSS compliance more simply and cost-effectively. By keeping sensitive cardholder data outside of the contact centre infrastructure, Cardprotect Voice+ drastically reduces the number of applicable PCI DSS controls, virtually descoping the contact centre for PCI DSS compliance entirely.

As a Technology Partner, Semafone can submit products to Avaya for compliance testing, where a team of DevConnect engineers develops a comprehensive test plan for each application to verify its Avaya compatibility. This enables customers to confidently add best-in-class capabilities to their network without having to replace their existing infrastructure—helping speed deployment of new applications and reduce both network complexity and implementation costs.




Genesys AppFoundry

Cardprotect is available on the Genesys AppFoundry,  an online marketplace dedicated to providing customer experience solutions. The AppFoundry allows Genesys customers to discover, research and connect with a broad range of customer experience applications, integrations and services.

The inclusion of Semafone’s Cardprotect solution on AppFoundry allows Genesys customers to seamlessly integrate the company’s industry-leading secure payment software with their existing telephony system.


NICE inContact CXexchange

Semafone’s Cardprotect Voice+ and Cardprotect Relay+ solutions are available on Nice InContact’s CXExchange marketplace, a part of the DEVOne Ecosystem that helps customers stengthen the power of their NICE inContact investments.

The DEVone Ecosystem extends the NICE inContact suite of solutions with trusted, fully integrated applications, built from over 250 APIs by DEVone partners and developers. With CXexchange, a state-of-the-art online marketplace, customers can easily select the functionality they need to take their NICE inContact investment to the next level.


Mitel-Compatible Certified with MiVoice Business

Semafone’s Cardprotect Voice+ has successfully completed the Mitel-Compatible Test (MCT) certification with the Mitel MiVoice Business communications platform, which means Semafone has been tested and/or validated by the Mitel Third-Party Interop Team.
